Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)
Benefits: Two weeks of PTO available after 6-months of employment, increasing to 3 weeks after your first year, then 4 weeks after your second year / 4-weeks paid maternity (or paternity) leave / All major holidays off / As much coffee & cookies as your heart desires / Extremely flexible scheduling / Top quality workplace jokes / Unfortunately, we do not offer health, vision, dental insurance or 401k matches at this time, but will be implementing these benefits very soon!
Schedule: A typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, but we’re totally flexible on shift times and days off because #lifehappens.
Seasonality: Full time, year-round.
Location: In the heart of the beautiful town Camden, Maine.
Pay Frequency: Direct deposit, every Friday (weekly pay).
Job Details: As you’ve probably guessed by now, we’re hiring a marketing superstar. You don’t need to have tons of experience for this position, because we’ll teach you everything you need to know. All we ask is you’re a fast learner, hard-worker, and don’t mind working in an office setting (so sitting at a computer). Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry in some capacity is HIGHLY desired, after all, we’re a recruitment company for this industry, so you need to be able to speak the lingo of the restaurant world.
You will be responsible for;
+ Marketing and responding to job ads posted by employers on the major job boards (Craigslist, Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, etc).
+ Creating interesting and engaging blog posts.
+ Creating posts, job ads, and responding to messages on our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
+ Creating newsletters and email Campaigns in Mailchimp.
+ Keeping our database in tip-top order for both employers and candidates.
+ Regular office duties such as answering calls, interacting with clients and candidates via phone, email and social media, office errands, etc.
