meet daryle

The Guy Behind MC.

(a.k.a. our very first relief chef). Daryle worked for years as an executive chef for relief chef agencies in the UK. Upon his jaunt across the pond, Daryle decided to test the relief chef concept in Maine and started the infamous 86’Relief Team… that consisted of just him. It became apparent pretty quickly that this type of service was badly needed and the team grew and grew. It wasn’t long before Maine Cater became a full-blown recruitment company dedicated to the F&B industry.

On the rarest of rare occasions when Daryle isn’t working, he loves to spend time with his family and two little boys. Being from Scotland, he’s an avid golfer and loves hunting Haggis (yeah, that’s a lame Scottish joke).

meet orianna

Operations Wizardess.

Every company needs someone with smarts about them, and we’re fortunate to say Orianna (a.k.a. Ori) is our smarty pants and chief problem solver. Ori tackles our marketing, promotions, direct-hire service, networking with clients and candidates, office & HR - the list goes on. If you have a dose of the Monday blues, just give Ori a ring and she’ll brighten up your day.

When she’s not tackling the day to day ops of MC, she’s more than likely reading countless books to her little boy Rowan with her doggies Maggie & Clayton by her side. Coffee in hand, of course.

Talent Specialist & 86’Relief Chef.

Chris (our very own superhero) began his mission to save the planet as a dishwasher in the early 90's. He has been battling culinary villains in various exotic locales such as dive bars, food trucks, quick service establishments, hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and caterers. Along with cooking, other tools in Chris' utility belt consist of human resources, accounting, marketing, recruiting, and information technology. Now, he's determined to help you find your own apron’d crusader (or fill in when yours falls victim to the infinity gauntlet).

When he's taking a break, he can be found at home listening to music, watching sci-fi, and arguing with his Alexa-enabled devices.
